Returning equipment for service or repair

If you need to return equipment to us for service or repair, could you please ensure that the following information is included with the package.

  • A full description of the fault. This is particularly important for intermittent faults. The more information you give us, the less time we spend trying to find the fault.
  • Your contact details, phone number and e-mail details are very helpful in case we have a query.
  • If you need a quotation before repair, please make this clear and include an e-mail address to send the quotation to
  • A return address. It is surprising how many items are sent to us without a return address. We cannot reunite them with their owners until they call to ask why the repair is taking so long

If you have contacted us by phone or e-mail prior to returning the item, then please remember to include details of this with the equipment.
