Covid-19 Update from Soundbyte Solutions 22-05-2020
In line with the latest government guidelines, we will be returning to work part time from June 1st.
Like most businesses, we will be unable to return to full time work until all children have safely returned to school. We will however try to have at least one person in the office during normal working hours.
We will now be able to accept returns of equipment for calibration and repair, but we will be quarantining all returned equipment for 72 hours before opening it. This will of course mean that repair and calibration times will be extended. we would still hope to return most items within 7 working days.
This is a very difficult time for everyone and we would like to thank all of our customers for their understanding and extend our very best wishes to you all.
