Calibration

We recommend that all of our speech test products are calibrated annually. We can arrange for a courier collection and delivery service and can normally perform the calibration within 1 day of receiving the item.

We will normally carry out minor repairs free of charge (excluding parts) during the calibration process.

In addition, if there are any software updates available for the product, these will be applied prior to calibration.
